Does Richmond Rehab Accept Physio Patients On Workcover?

Yes we do.

Does Richmond Rehab Treat Patient Prior To Workcover Approval?

We are happy to commence physiotherapy treatment prior to approval. If the claim is not approved the patient will be invoiced for any treatments to date.

Will I Receive Updates About My Patient?

Richmond Rehab works within a multi-disciplinary model and will provide appropriate reporting following your patients initial assessment and at any other appropriate milestones during their treatment.

Are Richmond Rehab Physio Appointment Bulk Billed On Workcover?

We do bulk bill patients who have an eligible concession card. Richmond Rehab will invoice Workcover directly with all Workcover patients. Patients without an eligible concession card are invoiced $10.50 for each physiotherapy appointment.

Are Workcover Treatments One On One With A Physio?

Yes, Richmond Rehab has a strong belief in working one on one with all of its patients. All physiotherapy consultations are conducted privately within rooms with a physiotherapist who has extensive training in the latest clinical recommendations and an emphasis on self-management to maximise patient outcomes.

Are Medicare EPC Treatments One On One With A Physiotherapist?

Richmond Rehab has a strong passion to provide a great service to all of their patients. We pride ourselves on working one on one with our patients for each physiotherapy session, regardless whether a patient being privately or publicly funded.

Does Richmond Rehab Bulk Bill EPC Physiotherapy Treatments?

Patients with an EPC referral who hold a valid concession card are bulk billed for physiotherapy treatments at Richmond Rehab. All other patients are required to pay a gap of $25.55 for each EPC visit.

Do We Provide Referrers With Summary Letters?

Yes, a summary of findings and treatments are provided following an initial assessment and the final physiotherapy session.
