Move Better Feel Better
At Richmond Rehab, our physiotherapy services are grounded in practical, evidence-based care. We work with people who want to understand their injury, recover with purpose, and get back to doing what matters — whether that’s sport, work, or everyday life. We don’t overcomplicate things, and we won’t waste your time. You’ll get honest guidance, clear planning, and support that actually makes sense.
Who We Help
We treat a wide range of presentations, but these are some of the key groups we support:
Post-Surgical Rehab
Joint replacements, rotator cuff repairs, ACL reconstructions, spinal surgery and more… we help guide recovery step-by-step.
Sports Injuries
From acute injuries to overuse issues, we support amateur and elite athletes, including our work with cricket and soccer clubs.
Persistent or General MSK Pain
Lower back pain, neck pain, headaches, tendinopathies and joint restrictions - common issues with tailored care.
Hypermobility & Complex Movement
Managed by Luke, this stream supports those with generalised joint laxity, coordination concerns, or pain linked to movement control.
Osteoarthritis
Evidence-based exercise and education to help manage hip and knee OA.
Shoulder Conditions
Led by Jesse, our shoulder rehab stream focuses on pain, instability, post-op care, and return to sport.
How We Work
Every patient is different. That’s why we take the time to listen, understand your goals, and explain your options clearly — no confusing jargon, no one-size-fits-all plans.
Thorough Assessment
We start by understanding your story. We listen, test, and explain things clearly so you know what’s going on — and why.
Evidence-Based Treatment
Our approach blends manual therapy, targeted exercise, and sound advice. We explain what works, what doesn’t, and help you take ownership of recovery.
Planning & Progression
Whether you need short-term care or a longer rehab plan, we guide your progress and adjust as needed.
Where We Work
