As a healthcare clinic, we don’t like charging cancellation fees… it’s not our business.
Richmond Rehab prides itself on effective care that is carefully considered for each patient. Our clinical team meet on a daily basis to discuss clinical cases and prepare for the days list. Striving to work around your life demands, we’re always looking to create availabilities at times that suit you.
Providing insufficient notice or failure to attend an appointment not only unnecessarily uses our clinicians preparation time, but also takes away the opportunity for other patients to come at that time.

Less than 24hrs notice but

Less than 24hrs notice and we’re unable to reschedule your appointment
$50 fee
Less than 2hrs notice and we’re able to reschedule your appointment or fill the appointment with another patient
