PHYSIOTHERAPY
At Richmond Rehab, our small physiotherapy team works closely together and alongside our soft tissue therapists to provide comprehensive, evidence-based care. We utilise accurate testing strategies to assess your condition thoroughly, allowing us to implement effective treatment approaches. Our focus is not only on providing short-term relief from symptoms but also on helping your body move at its best in the long term—so you can enjoy life without constant, nagging issues.
Our physiotherapy services are offered across two tiers:
Associate Physiotherapists hold a Master of Physiotherapy and are in the early stages of their private practice careers. Their treatment approach is supported by ongoing learning and mentorship from our senior team, ensuring a high standard of care that is in line with current evidence-based practices.
Senior Physiotherapists bring over 10 years of clinical experience and offer expert guidance and support to the Associate team. Their wealth of experience helps inform treatment recommendations and ensures comprehensive care across our team.
We also work closely with local GPs and surgeons, referring when needed to ensure you receive the most appropriate care at every stage of your recovery. If you have a new concern, we recommend consulting a physiotherapist first for a thorough assessment and clear, informed treatment options tailored to your needs.

GROUP
CLASSES
Exercise is a key component in injury rehabilitation, post-surgical recovery, and long-term health. Engaging in structured movement helps restore strength, improve mobility, and support a safe return to sport or daily activities. It also plays a crucial role in cardiovascular health, helping to regulate blood pressure, boost circulation, and enhance overall well-being.
Beyond the physical benefits, exercising in a group provides motivation, accountability, and a sense of connection. Research shows that people who exercise in a supportive environment are more likely to stick to their programme and achieve better long-term results. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, rebuilding strength after surgery, or looking to improve your overall fitness, our physiotherapist-led classes offer a structured and social way to move with confidence.
